A 14-year-old Glen Elgin from Speyside, bottled by James Eadie for its Distilleries of Great Britain & Ireland series. It was distilled in 2011 and bottled in 2026.
Most of its maturation took place in the region, followed by a 24-month finish in two European Bual Madeira hogsheads. Bual is a medium-sweet style of Madeira, associated with peach, forest honey and a fine oxidative depth.
It is bottled at 52.7% ABV, non-chill-filtered and without added colour, in an edition of 472 bottles.
