Glen Garioch 15 Year Old 2011 Bourbon Hogshead Cask 2300 – A.D. Rattray Cask Collection (53.8%)

A 15 year old Highland single malt from Glen Garioch, bottled by A.D. Rattray in its Cask Collection as a single cask at 53.8% ABV. It was distilled on 13 July 2011 and spent more than nine years in a bourbon hogshead before moving to an Oloroso sherry barrique for over five more years. It was bottled on 24 July 2026, filling 262 bottles, without chill-filtration or added colour. The bourbon cask is described as contributing vanilla, light pastry, honey and ripe pears, while the sherry adds dark fruit, nuts and winter spices such as cinnamon and cloves.
