Glen Garry Finest Scotch Whisky is a blended Scotch, distilled, blended and bottled in Scotland by John Hopkins & Co. Ltd. of Glasgow. It comes in a 75cl bottle at 40% ABV.
The nose changes as it opens, starting with ripe red apple, lemon cake and vanilla before an older, vintage character appears: damp old wood, furniture wax, pencil shavings and a faint trace of bonfire smoke. The palate is creamy and silky, with fudge, white chocolate, wild honey, malted cereal and nuts. The finish is medium to long, with baked apple pie, cinnamon and a light, earthy, herbal dryness.
