This is a 14 year old Glen Moray from The Whisky Chamber, an independent German bottler. It was distilled in 2008 and bottled in 2023 at 55.2%, in a 50cl bottle.
The whisky matured in a Rioja barrique, and the outturn is 237 bottles.
The tasting notes describe a nose of sweet tropical fruit, pineapple in particular, followed by notes of wine. On the palate there is more tropical fruit, a slight acidity and wine, starting sweet and growing a little drier. The finish is long and complex.
