A Speyside single malt from Glen Moray, matured first in American oak casks and then finished in Chardonnay white wine casks. It is bottled at 40% ABV in a 75cl bottle.
The Chardonnay casks add tropical fruit and warm spice to the vanilla notes of the distillery's usual style. The whisky is an old gold colour.
The nose is spicy apple and pear with key lime pie and cinnamon sugar. On the palate come caramelised tropical fruits, a little freshly ground pepper and sweet vanilla. The finish is warm and intense, with tropical fruit and nutty vanilla.
