Glen Moray Sherry Cask Finish is a Speyside single malt in a 750ml bottle, bottled at 40% ABV. Its colour is a burnished gold.
The spirit is first matured in American oak casks, then finished in Oloroso sherry casks from Jerez in Spain, which add dried fruit, nuts and spice.
On the nose there are sun-dried fruits, toasted cinnamon and toffee. The palate brings sweet vanilla oak, dark chocolate and oriental spice, and the finish is long, with warm spice and bittersweet dark chocolate.
