Glen Moray – 15 Year Old 2007 First Fill Bourbon Barrel A.D. Rattray (59.6%)

This is a 15-year-old Glen Moray single malt from Speyside, distilled in 2007 and bottled in 2023 by A.D. Rattray for its Cask Collection. It comes from a single first-fill bourbon barrel, bottled at 59.6% ABV without chill-filtering and with natural colour. The outturn was 191 bottles. The colour is deep amber. The nose brings navel orange, Ecuadorian vanilla and vine leaves. The palate has syrupy toffee, toasted oak and lemon sorbet, and the finish carries fresh mint with tropical and citrus fruits.
