This is a Glen Moray single malt from Speyside, bottled by Thompson Bros at 15 years old. The spirit was distilled in 2007, the barrel was filled on 23 November 2007, and the whisky was bottled in January 2023.
It matured in a first fill barrel and was bottled in a run of 213 bottles. The label is made from artwork by KMG YEAH.
The tasting notes describe a nose of vanilla, buttercream icing, spice, oak, lemon peel and lemon curd. The palate brings greengage, limoncello, mint dark chocolate and fresh apricot, and the finish is warm with clove, ground ginger and vanilla.
