This is a single cask Glen Moray from Speyside, distilled in 2007 and bottled in 2024 at 17 years old. It was matured in a barrel and bottled at 52.1% in a 70cl bottle, non-chill-filtered and with no added colouring.
The nose is fruity, with yellow apple, pear and juicy apricot alongside dry oak and vanilla, rounded off with runny honey and a little desiccated coconut. With time, warm malty notes come through. The palate is a sweet and sour fruit sweet, with apple and citrus over a malt base, and the finish is lightly salty with herbal oak.
