This is a Glen Moray from Elgin, distilled in 2011 and bottled in 2023 at 52.5% abv, in a 70cl bottle.
It was matured for the full 12 years in a pair of refill hogsheads. The two were then combined and left to marry in a butt for a couple of months before bottling.
The character is soft and gentle, with vanilla and honeyed notes.
