This Glen Moray is a single cask Speyside malt from the Spirit of Scotland series by Gordon & MacPhail. It was distilled in 2013 and matured for twelve years in a first fill sherry hogshead, cask number 2848, before bottling in 2026 at a cask strength of 60.4%.
It is non-chill-filtered and of natural colour, and only 306 bottles were filled.
The nose offers Seville orange peel, roasted hazelnuts and blackcurrant. The palate is full and sweet, with berries, vanilla and Morello cherries alongside sherry spice. The finish is long and peppery, with dark fruit.
