Glen Moray Sherry Cask Finish is a Speyside single malt, bottled at 40% in a 70cl bottle.
The whisky first matures in American oak and is then finished in Oloroso sherry casks from Jerez in Spain. The finish adds dried fruit, nutty notes and spice to the distillery's Speyside character. It is chill-filtered and has added colour.
The nose offers sun-dried fruit, toasted cinnamon and toffee. On the palate, sweet vanilla and oak meet dark chocolate and oriental spices. The finish is long and rich, with warm spice and bittersweet dark chocolate.
