A 16 year old Glen Ord distilled in 2009 and bottled by Signatory Vintage at a cask strength of 56.4%. It is a single cask bottling from a first fill Oloroso sherry butt, non-chill-filtered and without added colour.
The sherry influence is intense and full. The nose has raisins, dark berries, caramel and spicy oak, followed by a powerful, complex palate of dark chocolate, nuts and warm spices. The finish is long, dry and slightly tannic, with a classic Oloroso character.
