This is a peated single cask Glen Scotia from Campbeltown, selected for Belgian Friends. The whisky was distilled in 2007 and bottled in 2019 at a cask strength of 54%, without chill filtration and with natural colour. The release comes to 324 bottles. The peat smoke is soft, maritime and oily, with a warm, sweet core. Tasting notes mention smoked vanilla, stewed fruit, salty influences and light spice, leading to a long, warming finish.
