This is a limited single cask Glen Scotia from the Classic Series, part of the Single Cask Selection for Autumn 2020. It is an unpeated single malt, bottled at 54.3% in a 70cl bottle. The whisky was distilled in November 2012 and bottled in August 2020. It matured in a first-fill bourbon and first-fill Tawny Port hogshead, and 328 bottles were filled. The nose offers red fruit from the port cask, followed by spicier notes. The palate is creamy, with a sweet, fruity start and a peppery touch from the high strength. The finish is medium in length with a sweet note.
