Glen Scotia 25 Year Old is a single malt matured in American oak barrels, then married in first-fill bourbon casks before bottling. It is bottled at 48.8% with no added colour and no chill-filtration.
It was named overall winner of the 2021 SFWSC, a competition that drew more than 3,800 entries across 31 categories.
The nose has hints of vanilla oak woven with subtle sea spray and spicy, aromatic fruits.
