This is a limited edition single malt from Glen Scotia in Campbeltown, bottled for the 2018 Campbeltown Malts Festival. It was distilled in 2008 and matured entirely in first fill bourbon casks. These were then married together and finished for six months in ruby port casks.
It is peated, free from chill filtration and bottled at a cask strength of 57.8% ABV in a 70cl bottle.
The palate is sweet, with ripe summer strawberries and watermelon, mellow smoke held in the background, juicy raspberries and a close of sweet and sour grapes.
