Glen Scotia Double Cask is a Campbeltown single malt bottled at 46% ABV in a 70cl bottle. It matured in first-fill bourbon barrels and was finished in Pedro Ximénez sherry casks.
The nose brings vanilla, caramel, soft wood spices and a hint of sea salt. On the palate it is rich and round, with honey, raisins, cinnamon, toffee and a light spiciness from the PX sherry. The finish is medium-long, warm, sweet and slightly spicy.
