Glen Scotia – Victoriana (70cl)

Glen Scotia Victoriana is a single malt from the Glen Scotia distillery in Campbeltown, in a 70cl bottle. It is a nod to the Victorian era and is matured in charred oak casks. Glen Scotia is one of the three distilleries still working in Campbeltown, a town that once had more than thirty. Its malt is lightly peated, a trait that recalls its neighbour Springbank. Spiced fruit comes first, followed by soft vanilla and oak, and the finish is delicately smoky.
