A 10 year old GlenAllachie Speyside single malt at 48%, from a series of limited editions created by Billy Walker. It was matured first in ex-Bourbon casks and then finished in Chinquapin oak. It marks Billy Walker's 50 years as a blender. Chinquapin is an uncommon wood, and it is said to give a complex aromatic profile with subtle spice, citrus, dried flowers and light notes of orange.
