GlenAllachie 12 Year Old is a Speyside single malt bottled at 46% ABV. It was matured in a combination of ex-bourbon, sherry and virgin oak casks, and it is non-chill-filtered and of natural colour. Billy Walker put the blend of casks together.
The nose is described as honey, caramel and dark fruit. On the palate come spice, vanilla and a hint of chocolate, followed by a long, silky finish with a light touch of oak.
