A 15-year-old GlenAllachie single malt from Speyside, in a 70cl bottle. It was matured in a combination of Pedro Ximenez and oloroso sherry casks, which give it a smooth, rich character.
Raisins, butterscotch and sweet spices fill the nose. On the palate come dark chocolate, orange peel, banana, raisins and caramel.
