The GlenAllachie 12 Year Old is an unpeated Speyside single malt Scotch whisky, bottled at 46% in a 70cl bottle. It is the distillery's flagship, built on the idea that good wood is the key to good whisky, and it is bottled without added colouring or chill filtration.
The nose brings dark chocolate, treacle and heather honey, with cinnamon, espresso and sticky raisins behind. On the palate there is marzipan and orchard fruit, followed by warming mocha, butterscotch and grated nutmeg.
