GlenAllachie 15 Year Old is a single malt Scotch whisky aged for 15 years. It is matured in a combination of ex-bourbon barrels and sherry casks, often including Pedro Ximénez sherry casks, which add depth.
The mouthfeel is smooth and velvety. Rich notes of dark chocolate, raisins, figs, honey and spice come through, with the sherry casks adding sweetness and complexity.
The finish is long and warming, with lingering fruit and oak.
