Glenallachie 15 year old is a Speyside single malt from the distillery at the foot of Ben Rinnes, founded in 1967. It is part of the distillery's core range and was created by Billy Walker, who evaluated casks and refined recipes for it. It was matured in sherry casks.
It is bottled at 46% in a 70cl bottle, non chill-filtered and of natural colour. Since 2017 the distillery has been independently owned, after Billy Walker, Trisha Savage and Graham Stevenson formed a company to buy it from Chivas Brothers.
