GlenAllachie 15 Year Old joined the distillery's core range in 2019. It is a single malt finished in sherry casks before bottling, a mix of puncheons and hogsheads that had held Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso. It is bottled at 46% in a 70cl bottle.
The nose brings peanut brittle, dates and chocolate ice cream. Walnut, raisin, Christmas spices and fresh ginger lead the palate, and the finish has coffee, Turkish delight and a hint of flaky sea salt.
