GlenAllachie 18 Year Old is a Speyside single malt matured in American oak, sherry and virgin oak casks. It is bottled at 46% in a 70cl bottle, with no added colouring and no chill filtration.
Toffee sauce, vanilla and cinnamon open the notes, followed by marzipan, sultanas, dark chocolate and maraschino cherries, with heather honey and buttercream adding sweetness. The finish is long and warming, with dried fruit, spice and oak.
