This is the third batch of the Glenallachie 21 year old, a single malt from Speyside in a 70cl bottle. It matured in a selection of Pedro Ximénez sherry puncheons and hogsheads and was bottled at cask strength. Glenallachie was founded in 1967 at the foot of Ben Rinnes. It has been independently owned since 2017.
