GlenAllachie 9 Year Old is a Speyside single malt from 2014, matured in Oloroso sherry casks as part of the distillery's Wood Collection. Oloroso is the darkest and most intense of the dry sherry styles, known for a character of nuts and dried fruit. GlenAllachie was founded in 1967 and was bought in October 2017 by Billy Walker and two business partners. This bottling is described with notes of coffee beans, raisins, figs and ginger.
