This is a single cask Glencadam from the Highlands, bottled by The Whisky Chamber. It was distilled in 2011, matured for ten years in a port barrique and bottled in 2021 at a cask strength of 59.4%, in a 50cl bottle. The outturn was 268 bottles.
The nose offers toffee, baked apple and walnuts. The palate is sweet, with port, walnuts and Christmas punch, and it becomes drier towards the end. The finish is long.
