Glencadam 10 Year Old, named The Rather Delicate, is a Highland single malt bottled at 46%. It is non-chill-filtered and has no added colour.
Glencadam stands in the town of Brechin in Angus and opened in 1825. It is the only distillery in the county today.
The nose is fresh and lively, with tropical fruit, citrus, soft vanilla sweetness and baking spices. The palate is bright and grassy, with pineapple, lemon curd, brioche and citrus peel. The finish is clean and crisp, with yellow fruit, vanilla pod and nutmeg.
