Glencadam – 12 Year Old 1998 Provenance

A single cask Glencadam bottled by Douglas Laing in its Provenance range. The whisky was distilled in the winter of 1998 and bottled twelve years later, in the summer of 2011. The nose is sweet and lemony, with apple must. On the palate, warming spice on the tongue comes first, followed by malt and fresh-cut herbs. The finish stays spicy, with notes of calfskin and malt.
