This is Batch 5 of the Glencadam 13 Year Old, a Highland single malt bottled by the distillery at 46% ABV in a 70cl bottle.
Glencadam has been working in Brechin since 1825. After many years supplying blends, it began releasing its own single malts, made from unpeated malted barley in two original copper pot stills. The lyne arms of the stills tilt upwards at 15 degrees, a feature said to make the spirit especially soft and delicate.
