Glencadam 15 Year Old is a single malt from the Glencadam distillery in Brechin, in the eastern Highlands. It matures entirely in American oak casks that previously held bourbon, and is bottled at 46% in a 70cl bottle with natural colour and without chill-filtration.
The new packaging arrived in 2026, following the distillery's 200th anniversary. The whisky itself is unchanged, and the tube design shows the distillery as it looked in 1825, along with its historic water wheel.
Orchard fruit and vanilla pod lead the nose, with citrus peel and roasted nuts. The palate is sweet and creamy, with sugared almond, panna cotta, dried apple, nutmeg and cocoa powder. The long, balanced finish brings creamy rice pudding and soft cinnamon spice.
