A 19 year old Glencadam, matured in bourbon casks and then finished for a time in selected Oloroso sherry butts. It is a limited edition of 6,000 bottles worldwide.
The nose is layered: floral malt, fruit cake with raisins and sherry, mocha chocolate and crushed walnuts. The palate is just as complex, with mature barley malt followed by fruit cake, mixed nuts, more raisins and a hint of cigar tobacco. The finish is complex and rich.
