Glencadam 25 Year Old Batch 5 is a Highland single malt from the Brechin distillery, released as an official bottling in The Remarkable series. It was bottled at 46% in a 70cl bottle, with 1,314 bottles filled.
The whisky matured for 25 years. It is non-chill-filtered and of natural colour.
The nose combines sweet malt, exotic fruit and mixed nuts, with a faint cigar-box woodiness behind. On the palate come guava, hazelnut and almond alongside clear oak. The finish is soft oak spice with ginger and pepper.
