The nose offers sweet vanilla pod, buttercream, orchard fruits, golden raisin and a hint of Turkish delight. On the palate come poached pear, apple blossom, acacia honey, roast chestnut, mocha and lemon rind. The finish moves through sweet cooked fruits, white grapes and apple crumble, fading into a lingering peppery cake spice.
