Reserva Andalucía is a Highland single malt from Glencadam, bottled at 46% in a 70cl bottle. It is non-chill-filtered and has no added colouring.
The whisky began its maturation in ex-bourbon casks and was then finished in ex-Oloroso sherry casks from Andalucía in Spain.
The nose offers ripe fruit, nougat, vanilla and caramel. The palate is soft, with sultana, apple and pear, and the finish is gentle and sweet, with honey, sugar and green tea.
