Glencadam Reserva Andalucía is a Highland single malt bottled at 46% ABV in a 70cl bottle. It is non-chill-filtered and of natural colour.
The whisky is matured in American oak bourbon casks, then finished in Oloroso sherry butts. The expression nods to the long link between the Glencadam Distillery and Jerez in Andalucía, Spain, and the blend was selected by Master Distiller Robert Fleming.
The nose offers ripe soft fruits, sweet nougat and oaky vanilla, with gentle sherry spice. On the palate come baked apple, creamy fudge, toasted oak and dark brown sugar, followed by a silky finish of dried fruit and warm spice.
