Glencadam Reserva Andalucía is a Highlands single malt finished in Oloroso sherry casks. It comes in a 70cl bottle at 46% ABV and is an original bottling from the distillery.
The spirit is distilled in Brechin, where Glencadam has operated since 1825, from unpeated malted barley in two original copper pot stills. Their lyne arms angle upwards at 15 degrees, which makes for a notably soft and delicate new make. The whisky is neither coloured nor chill-filtered.
