Glencadam Reserva PX is a Highland single malt matured first in bourbon barrels and then finished in Pedro Ximénez casks. These hold a rich, sweet style of sherry, and the finish in them gives the whisky its final character.
It matures in the dunnage warehouses at Glencadam, where flavours of dried fruit, warming baking spices and zesty citrus develop. It is bottled at 46% without chill-filtration.
