Glencadam – Reserva White Port Cask Finish (46%)

Glencadam Reserva White Port Cask Finish is a Highland single malt bottled at 46%, without chill-filtration or added colour. It begins its maturation in ex-bourbon casks and is then finished in white port casks from Portugal. The nose has strawberry, stone fruit and citrus oils alongside creamy, buttery malt, with a hint of cream and vanilla. On the palate come summer berries, baked apple and golden raisins, with raspberry jam, crisp biscuit and a touch of vanilla. The finish is long and soft, with white pepper, vanilla custard, caramel and sandalwood.
