Glencadam Reserve de Burgundy is a single malt from Glencadam Distillery, taken from ex-bourbon American oak casks maturing in its dunnage warehouses. The Master Distiller selects and marries these malts in small batches. The whisky is then finished in Pinot Noir wine barrels from Burgundy in France, which gives it a distinctive set of flavours.
