Glendalough Double Barrel is an Irish whiskey in a 750ml bottle, matured in two types of cask: bourbon and oloroso sherry.
The bourbon barrels contribute sweet, smooth vanilla notes, among other things, while the oloroso casks add dried fruit and slightly nutty flavours. Almost four years in Ireland's mild maritime climate bring the two together.
