Glendalough Double Barrel is a single grain Irish whiskey, bottled at 42% ABV after being brought down to strength with Wicklow mountain water.
It was first matured in American bourbon barrels, then finished for six months in Spanish Oloroso sherry casks.
The whisky is described as rich in vanilla, caramel, Christmas spices and dried fruit.
