This is a single cask Irish whiskey from Glendalough, in a 70cl bottle at 42% ABV. It brings together the influences of bourbon barrels, Oloroso sherry casks and Madeira barrels, and it has natural colour and has not been chill-filtered.
The nose offers raisins, dark fruit, ripe cherry, mango and pineapple. The palate is full-bodied, with cherry, plum, chocolate, vanilla, mild pepper and spice. The finish is long, very spicy and fruity, with vanilla.
