GlenDronach – 10 Year Old Forgue (1L)

GlenDronach Forgue is a 10 year old single malt Scotch whisky, and the first GlenDronach made exclusively for travel retail. It takes its name from Forgue, the area where the distillery was founded. This bottle is a 1 litre size. The whisky was matured for ten years in a combination of Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso sherry casks. The nose offers Seville blood orange, cherry, sweet barley, roasted chestnuts and cocoa. On the palate come Valencia orange, blackcurrants, toffee praline, tobacco, nutmeg and brambles. The finish is long and warming, with dried fruits, nutty malt and deep sherry sweetness.
