GlenDronach 12 Years is the core expression of the Highland distillery. It spends twelve years in sherry casks and is then refined in American oak, which brings the sherry aroma together with the creamy vanilla character of that wood.
The colour is amber. The nose is sweet, with creamy vanilla, a little ginger, spice and a hint of pear. The palate is rich and creamy, with warming sherry and fruit, and the finish is long and dry with traces of nuts.
