GlenDronach 15 Year Old is a single malt from the distillery at the Dronach Burn, founded in 1826. It is matured for fifteen years in Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso sherry casks from Andalucía, in the distillery's dunnage warehouses.
The colour is antique copper with a golden hue. The nose brings maraschino cherry, ripe bramble and dark chocolate mint, with hints of orange bitters and walnut liqueur. On the palate come honey-glazed apricot and ripe fig, building to black cherry, angelica and muscovado.
