Glendronach 15 Year Old "Sherry Cask Matured" is a Highland single malt in a 70cl bottle, bottled at 46%. It is non-chill-filtered and of natural colour.
The whisky was matured in Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso sherry casks from Andalucía. The 15 Year Old was first launched in 2009 and paused in 2015 because of stock shortages, then returned in 2018 as "The Revival".
The nose shows dark berries, Oloroso sherry, spiced fruitcake and roasted chestnuts. On the palate are black cherries, stewed plums, cinnamon, dark chocolate, leathery oak and orange peel, and the finish is long and warming with dried fruit and spice.
